Rezept
Spitzwegerich-Taler
20 dag weiche Butter, 10 dag Spitzwegerichzucker, 1 Ei, 30 dag Weizenmehl
Alle Zutaten zu einem Mürbteig verkneten. Zu einer ca. 3cm dicken Rolle formen und im Kühlschrank kalt stellen. Die kalte Rolle in Spitzwegerichzucker wälzen und In 1/2 cm dicke Scheiben schneiden.
Bei 180 ° ca. 10 Minuten nicht zu dunkel backen.
